Grease a baking pan and line with butter paper and keep aside.
Preheat the oven for 5 to 6 in 200 degree Celsius.
In a mixing bowl add maida, corn flour, salt , baking powder and baking soda and mix properly. Shift the mixture twice And keep aside
In another bowl add sugar and oil and mix properly.
In another bowl add milk and vinegar. It may curdle but don't it won't affect the cake
Add the milk to the oil and sugar mixture and mix properly. Then add strawberry essence mix
Now add dry ingredients in to the wet ingredients in two batches. Mix properly without lumps.
Then pour the batter on the already lined baked pan and put in the preheated oven. bake it for 35 mins im 180degree celcius.
Cook up to the tooth pick comes out clean.
Remove it from oven and let it cool down completely.
Then spread desicated Coconut on a plate. Then cut the cake in squares.
Melt the strawberry jam.
First roll the cake squares on the melted jam and again roll on the desicated coconut and serve.
